Is a small but mighty, holistic land care business with 30+ years of experience based in Montague, MA. We are passionate about creating beautiful landscapes that work in harmony with the plants, animals, and people who live there. Our workplace culture is tight-knit, project oriented, and teaching focused. Our work is year-round and workdays are Tuesday-Friday, usually 8-4 with a paid lunch break. During extremely hot weather, work may be cancelled or we may work from 7-1 only.
Our installation/arborist projects can be anywhere from Gill to Easthampton, although we generally meet up in the mornings at our equipment depot in Montague Center. Reliable transportation is required.
We are seeking a year-round crew member who can work Tuesday-Friday. Days off or appointments are fine with notice.

Skills include…
- Weeding, planting, and mulching
- Plant and tree identification
- Using hand pruners, pole saws, and chainsaws
- Splitting and stacking wood
- Driving trucks, towing trailers, and operating small machinery
Pay…
Starts at $20/hour and increases to $21/hr after 3 months. Pay then increases based on skill and experience. During the interview process, we share the skills you will be learning at each pay rate.
