2026 Pioneer Valley Regional Ag Conference

The Northampton Agricultural Commission would like to invite you to the 2026 Pioneer Valley Regional Agricultural Conference on Saturday January 31st from 9am to noon at the Smith Vocational and Agricultural High School Library in Northampton. 

 Doors open at 8:30am and there will be coffee and baked goods.  

 We’ll have two great speakers presenting:

 Russell Braen from Park Hill Orchard will present on running an apple orchard and perennial fruit farm in Easthampton and how their sculpture art park has become an integral part of their business.   

 Charlotte Cote from the Cote Cattle Company in Granby will discuss how she and her partner Guy brought their family farm back to life and raise longhorn cattle for show and beef.  

 Representatives from the Hampden Hampshire Conservation District, Land for Good, and a new state program to invigorate Agricultural Commissions will also be there.
