CISA Workshop for Farmers: Red Apple Farm

Join owner Al Rose and the Red Apple Farm crew to talk about how they have evolved from a wholesale apple orchard four generations ago to a retail location that draws thousands of visitors each year for apples and an all-around agriculture experience. Their wide ranging selection of tours, PYO, live music, hay rides and many more activities requires a lot of staff, planning, and logistics as well as a far reaching reputation. We encourage farmers to learn from Red Apple’s successes, challenges, and history and walk away with useful information to bring to ones own operations.
This event is free. The farm will be serving BBQ and hosting live music at the same time, so come early to enjoy some food and entertainment beforehand or catch the tail end after the talk. Kids are welcome!
