Fundamentals of HACCP Training and Certification for Meat and Poultry Operations
AgriForaging Compliance Services is offering a two-day, in-person Fundamentals of HACCP Training and Certification for Meat and Poultry Operations on March 12–13, 2026, in Concord, New Hampshire.
This instructor-led course is certified by the International HACCP Alliance, meets USDA FSIS HACCP training requirements, and is taught in plain language using real meat and poultry examples. No prior HACCP experience is required.
Who should attend: meat and poultry processors, butchers, farm-based operations, plant supervisors, and anyone responsible for HACCP compliance.
What you’ll learn: the seven HACCP principles, how to develop and use a compliant HACCP plan, recordkeeping and verification, and inspection readiness through hands-on breakout sessions.
