Gardening the Community Volunteer Day

GTC needs to move from their Lebanon Street Garden immediately! After 10 years in a beautiful garden site, their current landowner has asked them to leave by mid-December. The need to mobilize quickly to move plants and other materials to other sites.
Meet up on
Saturday, December 3, 10am – 2pm
Saturday, December 10, 10am – 2pm
What do they need?
Volunteers, backhoes, pick-up trucks, carpenters, landscapers
What they need to do
- Clear out materials from site
- Move 10×12 shed to Walnut Street
- Move perennial flowers, compost, wood chips, and top soil
- Move trees and raspberries and build beds to hold them over winter
