Hampden County Farmers’ Market Manager Forum

CISA is excited to invite Hampden county market managers to this year’s farmers’ market forum, where you will have the opportunity to network and share experiences with fellow market managers and stakeholders. This year, Hampden County Farmers’ Markets are beneficiary to two grants that will fund SNAP matching programs and CISA is eager to formally unveil the details of the initiatives.
Topics for discussion include:
- An overview of the CISA/Hampden County SNAP matching program
- SNAP matching fundraising idea sharing
- Expanding markets’ customer base
- 2016 FINI Grant Update
CISA welcomes Market managers, Steering committee members, and Market volunteers to attend. It would be a great opportunity to bring forward your questions, thoughts, and ideas. Light dinner will be provided. RSVP to Devon Whitney-Deal at 413-665-7100 ext. 22, by Friday, June 19th.
Note: If for any reason you cannot attend the forum on the 24th, you may attend the All Counties (Franklin, Hampden, and Hampshire ) forum scheduled for June 29, 2015, at the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts, 95 North Hatfield Road, Hatfield. This meeting also runs from 5.30 – 7.30pm.
