Lacto-fermentation, A Key to Good Health at Wildside Gardens

Come join in at Wildside Gardens a well-established off-grid homestead and permaculture site in Conway, MA.
Presented by Luc Bodin
Luc, originally from France and a master of many trades, moved from Boston to the Valley 25 years ago. He has studied at the Kushi Institute. His approach to food preservation using lacto- fermentation draws on decades of direct personal observation, which has built a deep understanding of macro-biotic nutrition.
Workshop will be free of charge for Conway residents, with a small fee for others. Workshop presenters will be offered expenses plus an honorarium.
Workshop is from 1:00 to 4:00 pm, rain or shine, suggested donation $10, attendance limited to 12.
