| The Agricultural Business Assistance program is offering two workshops for farm owner/operators and managers looking to improve their financial management skills and knowledge. Both workshops are free, will be presented over Zoom, and are open to all Massachusetts farmers.
February 25 – 3:00pm – 5:00pm – Cash Flow Budgeting. Instructor Julia Shanks, food and farm business coach and author of The Farmer’s Office, will walk farmers through the process of creating a cash flow budget using their historical financials. Register for Cash Flow workshop here.
