This will be a great night featuring our favorite local producers and some of the fantastic products that they provide. We will have the founders and farmers on hand to discuss the process of our Farm to Table style from literally the ground up. This will be a very fun event helping bring some awareness to the hard working farms and distribution that allow us to consistently be serving the amazing food that we do. Chef Peter has worked a wonderful menu feature the amazing products of the Valley from beautiful veggies, to lovely cheeses, and of course some of the most a delicious beef New England has to offer!
