It’s spring! That means it’s time to sow seeds, soak up some vitamin D after a dark (if not particularly cold) winter, and make space for the coming harvest.
Bring your still-excellent jams, pickles, ferments, syrups, dried fruits and herbs, frozen soups, and whatever other delicious fruits of last year’s labor you’ve still got at home, and swap with fellow kitchen enthusiasts for something new to you! And if you’ve got spring greens, eggs, or any other early-season treats, bring those too! Anything that you have made, grown, or foraged is welcome.
