The First Congregational Church of Hadley is having its annual Hadley Asparagus, Baked Ham, Potato Salad and Strawberry Shortcake Supper on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 5:00 and 6:30 PM. The menu, sourced almost entirely from Hadley, consists of asparagus from Czajkowski Plainview Farm and the North Hadley Sugar Shack, baked ham, potato salad using products from Szawlawski Farms, strawberry shortcake made with biscuits from Barstow’s Longview Farm Bakery and ice cream from Flayvors of Cook Farm, milk and cream from Mapleline Farms, butter made from the milk of Hadley’s Maple Valley Creamery cows, and Esselon coffee.
