Wintering: Mindfulness & Reflection in the Off Season – A Virtual Class for Workers on Farms

Not Our Farm, with Oakland-based meditation instructor Anna Davda, is offering our Wintering series for farmworkers for a second time!
Each Sunday will center around a different wintering theme, and participants will be led through guided meditation, reflection and discussion. These sessions are held virtually on zoom in English and beginners to a mindfulness/meditation practice are welcome.
If you had a great season, this is for you. If you had a hard season, this is for you. If you work on a 4 season farm, this is for you. This is a space for finding ease, appreciation, community and ways to tend to our inner bonfire during the cold months.
