The most important element of successful pricing is a detailed understanding of your costs. Grace’s session will guide you through using our new costing tool. Our tool separates the costs of raising, processing, and marketing your livestock products, providing the opportunity to think through the details of your costs and ultimately be prepared to nail it when you use the Meat Pricing Calculator. In the second session, Matt will take you through how to use the Meat Pricing Calculator to establish pricing that ensures you are making the profit you need for your farm business.
