Workshop: Cultured Dairy

Making dairy ferments at home is a delicious, fun and cost-effective way to add probiotics to your diet, and make lactose more digestible. In this class we will cover how to make yogurt, kefir & simple fresh cheeses. We will make yogurt, kefir and one simple cheese. Taste our homemade dairy ferments during class!
