Food Preservation: Drying, Vacuum Sealing,Freezing Foods, Canning Foods (water bath and pressure cooker methods)

Interested in putting up some of the fall harvest to have through the winter? Not sure which method might work best for your household? Come learn the ins and outs of drying, vacuum sealing, freezing and canning in a practical no nonsense way. We will discuss the pros and cons of each method and what you need to know to store food safely.
