Workshop: Setting Prices for Farm Produce

We invite produce growers to CISA’s first fall workshop, “Setting Prices for Farm Produce.” Come learn what prices various markets will bear (one of the more common questions we get), and gain new tools for determining prices that will both move product and support farm profitability.
A panel of presenters with a wide range of expertise in the produce industry will share insights on the going rates, margins, and markups in different local produce market channels, and offer strategies for setting the right prices for your products. Presenters will include Annie Myers of Myers Produce, Eric Stocker of Squash, Inc., Jessica Angell of Cabbige, and Matt Boulanger of Whole Foods Market.
The cost is $10 for Local Hero members, $15 for non-members, and dinner is provided. Please RSVP by September 25th to Kristen Wilmer at 413-665-7100, ext. 12. We hope you can join us!
