Hiring: Business Accelerator Program Lead – Berkshire Ag Ventures

that Berkshire Agricultural Ventures (BAV) is seeking to hire a Program Lead for a new Business Accelerator Program.  This is a part time position that will be hired April 1st for a 28 month contract with high potential for extending. Priority will be given to applications received by Thursday February 26th.

Location/Travel:

This is primarily a remote position but requires travel to BAV’s Great Barrington office, events and farm visits within our four-county service area (mileage and expenses for approved work-related travel are reimbursed.)  Some evening and weekend availability is required.

Salary, Benefits & Hours:

This is a part-time position with an hourly rate of $35-40/hour, commensurate with experience, for an average of approximately 10-20 hours per week. Time commitment will vary heavily depending on the stage of the project. Increased time commitment needed during recruitment (April-Oct 2026) and workshop periods (Nov-Jan annually), but will not exceed 30 hours per week.
