The land available for lease is 1.5 acres, with access to a farm stand, storage space and access to the owners farming knowledge. In the past, beginning farmers have been successful in operating CSAs, selling from the farm stand, attending markets, and selling products to caterers and florists who provide services at weddings on the property.

About the overall property: Currently the farm hosts weddings (with in-house farm-to-table catering) and other events year around in addition to producing their own line of hard cider. Of the 140A, 20A are presently producing hay, maple syrup, and fruit.
