Wanted: Pioneer Valley Farmland and House

Boston-area family looking to buy a farm in the Pioneer Valley (ideally on east side of Route 91). For the most part, we would use this as a second home. We would like the land of the farm to be in productive use under the management of someone other than us. We’re open to collaboration and co-creation of something new, ranging from arrangements as simple as just leasing the land to a farmer (or farmers) to more creative ventures that involve integrating land and social justice-focused politics. Using our ideas/visions and yours, the details of a more elaborate project will have to be fleshed out in discussions with potential partners.
