There will be a temporary processing outage overnight Sat Apr 26/Sun Apr 27.
Conduent and Novo Dia Group will no longer be in operation in Massachusetts. TotilPay and MarketLink are now part of FFAB (Farmers Food Assistance Bureau). Watch for e-mails from TotilPay or FIS!
What this means for you:
There will be new equipment options to process HIP. Equipment subsidies are available for exempt retailers. All HIP vendors, regardless of equipment changes will need to take action before April 27th. Failure to act may impact your ability to process HIP and SNAP!
Transition is not automatic. At least some action will be required for all vendors.
The only vendors required to choose new equipment are those currently using Conduent landline devices. All vendors will complete setup directly through your processor (FIS, TotilPay, or Both).
