Introduction to Food Preservation

CISA’s Margaret Christie will help you start or expand your home food preservation efforts. We will cover canning, freezing, drying, and storage. Bring your experience and your questions—we’ll compare notes about recipes, record-keeping, and making time for food preservation. Resources for learning more also provided.
