This is a collaborative event presented by the Extension Services of UConn, UVM, UNH, UMass and UMaine.  

Presentations will be focused on innovative ways to maximize the impact of every dollar you invest on your farm and how to manage your farm for long-term sustainability.  Presentation topics will include:

• Contribution of no-till methods to soil health
• Evaluating nitrogen fertilizer needs
• Grazing and harvesting cover crops
• Management for more profitable heifer replacement systems
• Nutrient Management
• Integrating cover crops into corn silage systems
• Animal nutrition
• Producing high quality forage

There is a registration fee of $20 per person and registration is encourarged by March 1st.
