Paddy Flat Farm

Paddy Flat Farm is a small wholesale vegetable farm in the hill towns of Western Massachusetts. We grow nutrient rich chemical free produce.

We sell to retail stores, restaurants, and to the Hilltown Mobil Market
Our vegetable farm stand which is located at the farm will be opening at the end of July 2024. We also serve a Senior CSA through CISA.

We make available appealing delicious vegetables and strive to be generous and let little go to waste.

We are developing our farm! Plans in the future include:
-A small farm stand to serve our neighbors coming in 2024!
-A barn!
-A high tunnel greenhouse!
-So much more!!!

We are moving towards using as many practices as we can to keep our soils healthy and and full of life. Every year we increasingly cover crop and green mulch between rows, till less, and encourage pollinators for a more healthy ecosystem. We have never used chemicals, and we feed the soil with nutrients to encourage microbial density for the health of the plants and resulting in high nutrient flavorful vegetables.
