Awareness Through Movement Workshop

This workshop is broadly geared towards farm workers and those who work in physically intensive or outdoor environments. You can expect to be guided through lessons containing a variety of movements around the theme of organizing yourself to go towards and away from the ground. This workshop also provides learning tools to introduce ease in the use of your hands. With a new growing season approaching, this is an opportune time to practice holding and inhabiting yourself with ease even in rigorous and repetitive work. This workshop aims to contribute to your longevity in sustaining farming, gardening, or general outdoor work!
