Effective Communication and Conflict Management for Farmers

Workshop Series: February 7th, 14th and 21st, 10:00am-12:00pm

Learn and practice effective communication and conflict management in this interactive workshop series, led by two mediators from the Martha’s Vineyard Mediation Program! Each workshop will be fully interactive, and the sessions will focus on the unique aspects of agriculture/aquaculture projects along with developing workplace conflict and communication tools. This workshop series is suitable for farmworkers, farm managers, and farm owners alike.

This series will take place on Zoom on February 7th, 14th, and 21st from 10 AM to noon. Since this is a cohort-based workshop series, attendance at all sessions is required.
