Farmer Veteran Coalition Hosts Webinar on Fellowship Fund Application

Farm Credit East is pleased to sponsor the Farmer Veteran Coalition’s Fellowship Fund webinar to be held Wednesday, 2/13, at 5:30 PM EST. This Fund provides small grants ranging from $1,000-$5,000 to assist beginning veteran farmers. This webinar will answer questions regarding the application process.

Fellowship Fund Manager Rachel Petitt will review the application for the 2019 Farmer Veteran Fellowship Fund. A requirement of the application is a business plan, and Chris Laughton, Farm Credit East Director of Knowledge Exchange, will provide an overview of business planning as part of this webinar. The Fellowship Fund is currently accepting applications for its 2019 round of grant funding. Applications are due by 8:00 PM EST on March 8, 2019. Learn more at farmvetco.org.

Farmer veterans are invited to join the webinar on Wednesday, February 13, at 5:00 PM EST, to learn to learn more about this available funding to support beginning farmer veterans and how to apply.
