Feast in the Fields

The Idea
We’re setting the table this fall for a new kind of on-farm dinner. On November 1st, we’re serving our first feast in the field: a sit-down multi-course meal featuring Brookfield Farm’s own food, served in the very fields where the food was grown and raised.
We’re bringing the Wheelhouse Farm Truck into a fallow field, setting up tables and chairs in the most beautiful part and eating a multi-course feast with other shareholders and Brookfield farmers.
Schedule
1:00 pm – arrive and gather
1:30 pm – hot cider and walking the fields with Farmers Dan and Karen
2:00 pm – first course served
4:00 pm – full bellies, departures
Menu
Menu coming very shortly. BYOB.
Please let us know well in advance if you have any food allergies and we’ll do our best to accomodate
Attire
Pick-your-own, farm casual. Dress appropriately to be outside in a farm field.
Kids
Kids are welcome, but the menu and price will be the same for kids and adults.
Rain Plan
If the weather looks threatening, we’ll move dinner into the farmshop.
