Perhaps you’ve had a difficult interaction with a customer, or come into conflict with family or neighbors about your practices. Berkshire County and New York mediators Kayla Wendling and Claudia Kenny will guide us through using skills like active listening to create better communication and help you navigate the challenges we all face.
