Public Hearing on APR Regulations

The Department of Agricultural Resources will hold a public hearing on amendment of 330 CMR 22.00. The Department is proposing changes to address the transfer and sale of a parcel protected by an APR.
The revised regulations will provide APR landowners with a clearer understanding of their requirements at the time of transfer, the Department’s process for review and their rights to withdraw and appeal the Department’s decision.
Testimony may be presented orally or in writing at the hearing. Written testimonies or comments will be accepted until 5:00 P.M. on Friday, May 10, 2019 by email to dorothy.du@mass.gov or by mail to Dorothy Du, 251 Causeway Street, 5th floor, Boston, MA 02114-2151.
