Red Fire Farm’s Strawberry Soiree, Montague

June 21, 2014 @ 5:30 pm

$35

The Strawberry Soiree Feast in the Fields is a ticketed locavore dinner by chef Mary Reilly from Edible Pioneer Valley. The menu will feature Red Fire Farm seasonal organic produce and local products from other area farms. Music will be provided by the Masala Jazz Band. Tickets start at $35 with an option to also make a donation to Mount Grace Land Trust. Red Fire Farm & Mount Grace Land Trust completed a fundraising campaign to purchase the Montague Meadow property, and now are raising the last funds needed for the legal fees to finalize the farm affordability transfer to Mount Grace. Read more about the project here. Earlier in the day, the strawberry fields will be open for PYO from 10am-5pm, with activities and live music between 2-5pm. A full listing of the day’s events can be found here.

::

If you purchase a ticket for more than $35, the balance of your payment will be fully tax deductible and will be used to fund final fees for Mount Grace’s purchase of the Montague farmland. Find out about the Campaign for Affordable Farms!
