“Staff Meal” at Bistro Les Gras

In collaboration with CISA Bistro Les Gras will be serving a muli-course dinner with a few of their favorite local farmers and producers featuring the lesser knowns of the our food world. In the spirit of a “Staff Meal”, a meal that a restaurant would generally hold for their staff, will be a menu full of the scraps and leftovers from our menu….but in a delicious way!! Chef Peter will be serving a wonderful meal dedicated to all those fantastic bits that you may be throwing out. Remember those turnips and carrots you bought last week from the market; where did all those wonderful greens go? Probably not into your breakfast. How about those tomato tops and pepper bits from the last time you grilled? Most likely not into a quick and fresh “bolognaise”. This fantastic dinner will be full of conversation and delicious eats, so reserve your spot soon!
