Supporting and Monitoring Pollinators in Apples

This hands-on workshop will increase your understanding of wild pollinators, their habitat, pollination in apple production, and pest/pesticide considerations. These events are free and geared to commercial growers and/or people who work with them.

  • Date: Wednesday, May 10, 4:30-6:30pm
  • Location: UVM Horticulture Research and Education Center, 65 Green Mountain Drive, South Burlington, VT
  • Pesticide applicator credits available: 2 credits for categories
    1A, 2A, 3A, 3B, 7A, 7B, 10, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.
  • Certified Crop Adviser CEUs available: 1 Integrated Pest
    Management credit and 0.5 Crop Management credit
