The Farmer & the Land: A Farm-to-Table Harvest Dinner

CISA and Kestrel Land Trust invite you to a special farm-to-table dinner to celebrate farmers and the land that sustains us all.
Join us on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at Red Fire Farm in Granby from 5:30 pm to 8 pm; an informal farm tour will be offered at 4:45pm.
Enjoy a delicious summer meal with friends at long tables next to Red Fire’s fields. Dinner will be prepared by the Wheelhouse catering team, who excel at bringing locally grown food to the table for a memorable culinary experience.
You will have an opportunity to hear the story of Red Fire Farm from our hosts, Sarah and Ryan Voiland, and to learn about CISA and Kestrel’s work to support and preserve local farms and farmland that is the foundation of our food system.
The menu, which will be sourced from Red Fire Farm and other local farms, will include appetizers, first course, salad, entree, dessert, wine and other beverages.
Tickets are $75 per person. Proceeds will benefit CISA and Kestrel.
