Workshop: Making Pickles

During this class we will cover pickles of many varieties, with a particular focus on cucumber pickles, both naturally fermented pickles & vinegar pickles (canned & refrigerator). Includes a basic introduction to canning. We will make and can a batch of vinegar pickles for participants to take home.
