Gaining Ground, a nonprofit, no-till organic farm in Concord, MA, is seeking to hire 3 paid apprentices and 3 college-funded interns for the 2026 growing season.

Summer Internship: June to August, paid via university stipend to be arranged directly with students’ school, up to 40 hours per week.
