Hiring: Assistant Farmer – Rainbow Harvest Farm

Rainbow Harvest Farm is seeking a motivated candidate for an Assistant Farmer position. Primary duties include greenhouse work, transplanting, weeding and cultivation, harvesting, miscellaneous field work, and potentially some wash/pack and farmers’ market duties. The right candidate will be equally comfortable working alone or with a team, must have a good sense of humor, positive attitude, and be eager to learn. Hours are somewhat flexible (20-35 hours/week, late April-Oct/Nov) but Monday and Friday availability are critical.
