Hiring at Natick Community Farm
Natick Community Organic Farm (NCOF) is a nonprofit, certified-organic farm with the mission of providing productive open space, farm products, and hands-on education to people of all ages, year-round.
All NCOF staff demonstrate what small-scale farming looks like in daily practice to walk-in visitors, high-school-aged apprentices, volunteers, school groups, and anyone wanting to connect to local food. The ideal Livestock Manager will have a commitment to our vision of connecting people to the land and the importance of working in the public eye.
We are looking to hire someone full time ASAP. Pay is ranging from $22.50-26.50/hr (depending on experience)
