52-acre farm looking for an experienced farmer or family to run all aspects of indoor mushroom operation.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Indoor mushroom production,
• Marketing and sales.
• Maintaining production equipment and handling basic repairs.
Knowledge & Skills required:
• 3-5 years of indoor mushroom production
• Experience in selling mushrooms locally.
• Business acumen and friendly hardworking honest demeanor
Compensation:
Salary is negotiated based on experience and alignment of goals. 4-bedroom renovated farmhouse available to live in. Brand new large barn with solar and geothermal energy. 1-year trial period after which profit sharing will be considered. Leasing is an option too.
