Hiring: Coordinator – The Carrot Project

The Carrot Project is looking for a coordinator to support socially disadvantage farmers (BIPOC, women, and new and beginning farmers) in southern New England (CT, MA, RI).  The Outreach Coordinator will work closely with The Carrot Project staff to lead efforts supporting socially disadvantaged farmers in understanding and accessing The Carrot Project and USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) programs, coordinate with project partners, and develop relationships with organizations working with farmers.

Working from your home office, this is a full time position with exceptional benefits. This is a grant funded position through at least September 30, 2022.  Regular travel in the region is expected.
