Description: The Trustees is seeking a CSA Manager to oversee management responsibility for the CSA operation and all vegetable production at Powisset Farm. Responsibilities include management of: crop production planning and field and soil health; systems and infrastructure; staff hiring, training and supervision; budget planning and tracking; equipment procurement, operation and maintenance; CSA distribution; member and community relations; on-site farm-store oversight along with online farm-store order packing & distribution; coordination and occasional assistance with Powisset education programming and events. You are not only a farmer, but a farm ambassador with a public facing opportunity to support all activity taking place at the farm – farming, engagement, stewardship and education – with internal colleagues and the greater community.
Compensation: Full-time, year-round salaried position with full suite of benefits.
