Broadfork Permaculture is a local permaculture design-build company with nine years of experience. We hire strong, reliable, attention to detail workers who can ask questions as needed, interact kindly with clients/neighbors, and stay focused on the work at hand.

Employment Application Questions:
- What is your work history? Provide three references.
- What are some challenges you’ve faced in a work environment and how did you handle them?
- What days are you available? Can you start work at 9am sharp?
- Why are you interested in this work? What is your experience with gardens, growing food, and/or the natural world?
Work is 2-3 days a week, on Tue/Wed/Fri, depending on weather and schedule. Days are usually 9am – 4pm, with a paid lunch break and no expectation to stay after 4pm. Reliable transportation required, because job-site locations change with short notice.
Pay is $18/hour, with a raise to $20/hour after your first month and $22/hour after your first season.
