Hiring: Farm Stand Crew – Bardwell Farm

Farmstand Crew

Bardwell Farm is seeking motivated people to split a 7-day work week, roughly 70 hours. Individuals
must have customer service skills, work independently on a variety of tasks, and perform some manual
labor in various weather conditions.

• Part-time shifts available, 7 days per week
• Weekdays 9am – 2pm, Weekends 9am – 2pm / 2pm – 7pm
• June to November
• Salary $16 to $18 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements
• Retail and customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate a retail tablet, make change, and reconcile a cash box
• Some knowledge of fruit and vegetables preferred
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Valid ID required

Responsibilities
• Maintenance, setup and stocking farmstand (weekends takedown)
• Customer service
• Operate and maintain a retail tablet and cash box
• Operate and maintain SNAP and HIP terminal
• Packaging post-harvest products for retail sales
• Capturing images and video for social media and marketing
