Hiring: Field Crew – Intervale Farm

Intervale Farm, in Westhampton, is currently hiring employees for their 2024 field crew. Our farm is a diversified business growing plants , produce, cut flowers and hay. We have greenhouses, laying hens, and a flock of sheep. We market through local farmers markets, a farm based CSA, and a farm stand.

Position is from May through October (flexibility around the academic calendar). Prior farming experience is preferred, but not necessary. Reliability and willingness to work and learn are the most important criteria of the applicant. Pay rate is $15.50 to $16.00 per hour .
