Hiring: Full Time Farm Manager – Dead Branch Farms

We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial farm manager to jump start operations on our newly acquired farm in Chesterfield MA. My wife and I recently purchased a 100 acre horse estate with 10+ acres of pastures that we are converting into an organic farm with possible livestock. Our vision is to build a small CSA over the next few years.

I’ve been a tech entrepreneur for the last 15 years with little to no experience in commercial farming and we are seeking someone to work with us bringing this farm to life. While we have numerous ideas of how to best utilize the land and facilities, we are equally excited to hear your vision as well.

The position is full time and year round and would entail some property management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should have all appropriate experience running and managing a small farm.

An apartment can be provided along with utilities.
