Hiring: Greenhouse Crew Andrew’s Greenhouse

Andrew’s Greenhouse, which has in business for over 45 years, is a destination greenhouse located in scenic South Amherst. We are a popular local grower and retail greenhouse operation with one acre of greenhouses. We specialize in offering a wide selection of annuals, perennials, vegetable starts and herbs. We are searching for enthusiastic, energetic, and able-bodied people to become part of a top-notch greenhouse crew. You will be involved in many aspects of growing and retailing plants including transplanting, propagation, watering and stocking. You will also gain experience in retail sales and customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity to increase your expertise of growing plants while working in a fast paced, fun environment. Applicants should have a strong work ethic, enthusiasm for plants, and operate well within a team environment. Knowledge of plants and retail experience is helpful but not required. Love of plants a must! Full and part time (24 hours+) positions available with some weekend work required.

Positions start approximately mid-March and continue through mid-June.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
