Hiring: Greenhouse Grower – Atlas Farm

Atlas Farm is a 95-acre certified organic vegetable farm growing for our own retail farm store, farmers’ markets, and wholesale outlets throughout Massachusetts. We are in search of an experienced greenhouse grower to join our management team. This is a full-time, year-round, senior management level position at our company. We produce greenhouse crops year-round and are expanding and improving our greenhouse production space and systems every year. Our current greenhouse range consists of 1/3A of heated greenhouse space and an additional acre of 3 season high tunnel structures. Crops include greenhouse tomatoes and cucumbers, pack plants for retail sales, plug plants for field production, and winter-grown salads and other leafy greens. Applicants should have a college degree in an applicable field, a minimum of 2 years experience in greenhouse growing on a commercial scale, management experience and familiarity with vegetable crops and greenhouse production in New England.
