Hiring: Multiple Positions – Riverland Farm

Our Certified Organic farm is seeking highly motivated and eager individuals to fill key positions for the 2018 season. Riverland Farm in Western Massachusetts is an established 40 acre diversified vegetable operation marketing through several wholesale accounts and a winter CSA.

In addition to specific responsibilities listed below, all employees will be responsible for work in all aspects of vegetable production, including greenhouse propagation, seeding and transplanting. field seeding, transplanting, hoeing, hand weeding, harvesting, etc.

Full-time April – Mid December with potential for year-round employment

Starting Pay is $11 – $13 per hour depending on position and experience
