Hiring: Part Time Field Crew – Next Barn Over

Next Barn Over is hiring a part-time (5-10 hours per week) field crew position to help with the farm’s cut-flower operation. Duties will primarily include weeding, pre-harvest set-up, harvest, and post-harvest sorting. Early morning hours, most likely two days per week. Applicant should have some experience working on a farm, with flower work a plus.
