Hiring: U-Pick Strawberry Staff – Warner Farm

Job Description: Warner Farm is seeking individuals to staff two U-Pick Strawberry Stands located in
Sunderland and Greenfield beginning in early June and running until early July. The stands are open
8-6 every day of the week as long as the weather is compliant. Strawberry Stand Staff report directly
to the Direct Market Manager.

Duties include: managing outdoor strawberry stand and field; filling out strawberry stand sales logs
accurately; facilitating sales; ensuring a positive customer experience while on the farm; answering
customer questions about our farm and produce; providing management with feedback regarding
field conditions, customer concerns, etc.; promoting a positive image of Warner Farm and ensuring
customer satisfaction at all times.

Requirements:
● 1-2 years customer service experience
● An outgoing personality
● Ability to tolerate summer weather for many hours (shade is provided)
● Reliable transportation

Preferred skills:
● Previous farm experience
● Previous retail experience
● Interesting in cooking and fresh food

This is a seasonal, part-time position with flexibility in hours per week running from June through
mid-July. Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 7:30am-1:30pm and 12:30pm-6:30pm. Pay starting at
$12/hr and access to delicious, fresh strawberries. Warner Farm is also hiring CSA/ Farmers
