Land: Seeking 1 acre of land in Western Massachusettes

Telluric Energy is a pre-licensed outdoor cannabis cultivation company.  We practice organic, no-till, natural farming methods, and we seek to preserve the regional ecology.

We are seeking 1 acre of land within Western Massachusetts; ideally within the Hampshire, Franklin, Hampden, or Berkshire county. The land should contain mostly loamy soil that is located at least 500 ft away from any school.

Proximity to any natural water source is a major plus, as well as any pre-established electrical systems, irrigation systems, greenhouses, or crop storage sheds. We are nonetheless open to land without these installations. As natural farmers, our paramount concern is the condition of the soil, prior usage, and possible contaminants, metals or pollutants.
